At Prayas AI, we are committed to providing our users with a high-quality AI evaluation service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our services.
2. Single Evaluations
For "Single Evaluation" or pay-per-use plans, payments are made for a specific evaluation service.
Refunds
A refund for a single evaluation may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If our platform fails to generate an evaluation report due to a technical error on our end after a successful payment.
- Inaccurate Evaluation: If you believe the evaluation provided is grossly inaccurate or fails to address the core aspects of the uploaded answer sheet. Such cases will be reviewed internally, and a refund will be at the sole discretion of Prayas AI.
Non-refundable
Fees for single evaluations are generally non-refundable once the evaluation report has been successfully generated and delivered.
3. Subscription Plans (Monthly Pro, Quarterly Pro)
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. Once a subscription fee has been charged for a billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly), it is final.
4. Free Credits and Promotional Offers
Any free evaluation credits provided upon signup or through promotional offers hold no monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Plans purchased using a discount or promotional code are subject to the same refund policies as regularly priced plans. The discounted amount is non-refundable.
5. Mains 2025 Free Access Offer
The free access granted to users appearing for Mains 2025 by verifying their admit card is a promotional offer.
- No payment is collected for this service, and therefore, no refund is applicable.
- Access is granted for a limited time, as specified in the offer, and may be revoked if any misuse of the platform is detected.
6. How to Request a Review for a Refund
To request a review for a refund based on the conditions outlined in Section 2, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your evaluation report.

- Include your registered email/phone number, the date of the transaction, and a detailed reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Prayas AI reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
